TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the terms and conditions before booking.

• In order to complete your booking please send me your complete credit card details by email or fax (0039 041 8620982).
• We accept Visa and Mastercard We ask that all one night stays be paid for in cash.
• There is a minimum stay of 2 nights over the weekend or 4 nights during holidays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation is free until 21 days before check - in (1 PM local time)
- Please cancell your booking by fax or email and verify our acceptance reply

PENALTIES:

• from the 21th day: 20% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card
• from the 15th day: 30% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card
• from the 7th day: 50% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card
• From the 3rd day: 100% of the total stay will be deducted
• no show: 100% of the total stay will be deducted
• for early departures you will be asked to pay for the nights reserved.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Check in: from 1,00 pm to 22,00pm ( from 13:00 to 22,00 )
Check out: 11.00 am

Late arrivals after 10.00 pm are: surcharge 20,00 Euros
Breakfast is from 8.00 am to 10.30 am
(Out of hours breakfast is available at € 5 extra per person).

Please note that while we will make every effort to maintain specific room reservations, we may occasionally have to alter reservations to another room of equal standard.

PRICES PER ROOM, PER NIGHT
The rate is in Euros and it depends on the room and number of nights.
It includes breakfast, service and vat.
Tourist tax not included
High season 2,50 Euros per person per night.
Low season 1,25 Euros per person per night.
Free for minors up to 9 years of age.
50% discount for teens from 10 to 15 years of age.

Low season
Weekdays 100 EU - 145 EU
Week-end 125 EU - 170 EU

Midseason
Weekdays 130 EU - 165 EU
Week-end 145 EU - 195 EU

High season
195 EU - 270 EU

Extra bed from 25 EU to 50 EU per night.
